SBR溶液参数的研究

STUDY ON SOLUTION PARAMETER OF STYRENE-BUTADIENE RUBBER

采用浊度滴定法、平衡溶胀法、粘度法和凝胶渗透色谱法 (GPC)测定了丁苯橡胶 (SBR)的溶解度参数 (δ)、分子量及其分布 ,其 δ分别为 17.80 (J/ m L) 1/2、17.71(J/ m L) 1/2、17.6 6 (J/ m L) 1/2 ,Mn、Mη、Mw、Mz和 Mw/ Mn分别为 75 0 5 7、1884 6 7、4 75 182、184 16 90和 6 .33。

The solubility parameter, molecular weight and its distribution of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) were measured with the turbidity titration method, balance swelling technique, intrinsic viscosity method and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) in this paper. The obtained results of solubility parameter of SBR are 17.80 (J/mL) 1/2 , 17.71 (J/mL) 1/2 , 17.66 (J/mL) 1/2 . The n, η, w, z and w/ n were 75057, 189908, 475182, 1841690, 6.33 respectively.
