摘要 阐述了耐高温绝缘 GFRP管的成型工艺及原材料选择 ,并对影响成型工艺的主要因素作了理论分析及试验验证。研究表明 ,以 TDE- 85 / DDS体系为基体 ,以无碱无捻玻璃纤维方格布为增强材料 ,用VARTM工艺成型的石油勘探高性能平衡管完全满足技术要求。 High temperature resisting and insulating GFRP tube was studied for the exploitation of petroleum. Because of its particular requirements of thermal and electrical properties, suitable method and materials must be used. This paper mainly deals with the selection of processing and materials of GFRP tube as well as the main factors that influence its processing procedure by theoretic analysis and experimental test. The study results indicate that TDE 856/DDS system is its suitable matrix and E woven glass fiber is its good reinforcement. It is also demonstrated that the VARTM equilibrium tubes have exceeded several technique demands and fit for the exploitation petroleum.
