摘要
主要讨论用中轨卫星来建立区域性卫星通信系统的星座设计方法。首先论述了低轨卫星座不适合用来建立区域性卫星通信系统 ,然后介绍了用鞭状中轨卫星链来设计区域性星座的方法 ,并给出星座参数计算与优化的步骤 ,最后给出了按照此方法得到的两种区域性星座方案的具体参数及其覆盖特性的仿真结果 ,并与玫瑰星座进行了比较 ,得出区域性中轨卫星通信系统是适合中国国情的卫星通信系统方案。
This paper mainly discusses how to design a regional constellation by MEO satellites. Firstly, it addresses that the LEO satellite constellation is not good enough for designing partial coverage satellite system. Then the method of designing regional constellations with an MEO satellite chain is introduced, including how to compute and optimize constellation parameter. Two regional constellations are given with their coverage capability. At last, partial coverage constellation is compared with Rosette constellation. The regional constellations are suitable to China.
