摘要
在石花莱切段再生育苗研究基础上,作者于1989年12月至1991年3月分别在舟山市普陀与大连市金州区进行、大石花菜与石花菜切段苗种的海上培育,并进行了不同海区、不同水层、不同放养时间海上培育的比较试验。结果表明,切段苗种在上述海区均能较好生长,适宜的放养水层、放养时间因海区而有差异。
On the basis of studies relating to the culturing of G.pacificum seedings by regeneration of thallus fragments,separate experiments were conducted at Putuo District of Zhoushan and Jingzhou District in Dalian on the culturing at sea of G.pacificum and G.amansii seedings by reg- eneration,during the period December 1989-March 1991.Culturing results for different sea areas and strata,and times of cultivation,are compared, and they show that the seedings can grow fairly well in the regions mentioned,but the strata and time suitable for cultivation vary somewhat with the locality.
