复方灵芝乳膏的制备及对黄褐斑的疗效观察

Preparation of Compound Mythic Fungus Cream and Observation of Clinical Effect for Chloasma

目的 研制一种治疗黄褐斑的高效、低不良反应的外用乳剂。方法 将灵芝的水溶液和半胱酸加入乳膏基质中制成外用乳膏 ,以此为治疗药物 ,2 %氢醌霜为对照药物进行临床疗效观察。结果 治疗组黄褐斑的总有效率为82 .0 % ,对照组为 65 .0 % (P <0 0 .5 ) ;不良反应发生率分别为 6.6%和 13 .3 % (P >0 .0 5 )。

Objective To prepare a topical cream for treating chloasma with high effect and low side effect.Methods Topical cream was made of the solution of Mythic fungus and Cysteine which were put in the cream bases,the clinical effect of the cream(therapy drug) was observed in comparison with the 2% Hydroquinone cream.Results The total efficacy rate of the therapy group for chloasma was 82.0%,the control group was 65.0%( P <0.05);the rate of side effect were 6.6% and 13.3%( P >0.05).Conclusion Compound Mythic fungus cream is a topical cream for treating chloasma with safety and effective.
