男性尖锐湿疣患者外周血性激素检测

Sex Hormone in the Peripheral Blood of Male CA Patient

目的 探讨性激素与男性复发性尖锐湿疣的关系。方法 选择 5 9例男性复发性尖锐湿疣患者以及 5 2例经 1次治疗后未复发的男性尖锐湿疣患者 ,分别检测性激素 ,并进行比较。结果 5 9例男性复发性尖锐湿疣的孕酮(PROG)值 1.0 995± 0 .495 5 ,明显高于 5 2例未复发者的PROG值 0 .8474± 0 .473 1,P <0 .0 0 5。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the sex hormone and male relapse CA.Methods 52 male CA patients who didn't relapse after a treatment and 59 male relapse CA patients were chosen to test the sex hormone respectively and conduct a comparison.Results The PROG value of 59 male CA patients was 1.0995±0.4955,which was significantly higher than that of 52 male CA patients who didn't relapse after one treatment,which was 0.8474±0.4731, P <0.05.Conclusion The relapse possibility of male CA patients who have high PROG value is higher.
