STD四种病原体抗体检测的临床应用

Observation of Clinical Application of the Detection of Four STD Pathogens Antibodies

目的 检测血清中UU Ab、MH Ab、CT Ab和NG Ab ,观察对NGU诊断的临床意义。方法 采用免疫金标渗滤法测定 2 76例临床有尿道感染症状患者的血清。结果 4种病原体抗体单项阳性检出率 :UU Ab为 2 3 .19% ,MH Ab为 2 .5 4% ,CT Ab为 7.97% ,NG Ab为 1.0 9%。多项混合总阳性检出率为 44 .2 0 %。结论 4种病原体抗体阳性检出为泌尿系感染的病因学诊断和评价病情提供了实验室依据。

Objective To investigate the UU Ab,MH Ab,CT Ab and NG Ab in serum and estimate the significance of NGU clinical diagnosis.Methods Using immune golden standard technique,we examined 276 serum samples from patients with nongonococcal urethritis.Results The positive rates of UU Ab,MH Ab,CT Ab,NG Ab were 23.10%,2.54%,7.97% and 1.08% respectively.44.2% among the patients were mixed infection.Conclusion The positive results in the experiment can provide experimental basis for the diagnosis and the treatment of urogenital infection.
