维持性血液透析患者外周血T细胞Annexin Ⅴ和FasL的表达研究

Expression of Annexin V and FasL on peripheral blood T lymphocytes in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的 :研究维持性血液透析患者外周血T细胞AnnexinⅤ和FasL的表达。 方法 :应用流式细胞术分别检测未透析肾衰 (ND)患者、醋酸纤维膜透析 (CA)患者、聚砜膜透析 (PS)患者及健康自愿者 (C)各 10名的外周血T细胞培养 2 4h后AnnexinⅤ和FasL的表达。 结果 :ND组和CA组外周血T细胞计数显著低于C组 ,而PS组与C组间差异不显著 ,ND组和CA组T细胞上AnnexinⅤ和FasL表达显著高于C组和PS组 ,各组AnnexinⅤ和FasL呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) 结论 :终末期肾衰 (ESRF)患者的低T淋巴细胞血症可能与T细胞凋亡增加有关。

Objective:To investigate the expression of Annexin V and FasL on peripheral blood T cells in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methodology:The expression of Annexin V and FasL on peripheral blood T lymphocytes cultured with no stimulus for 24 hours were measured by flow cytometry in 10 non-dialyzed patients (group ND),10 hemodialysis patients with cellulose acetate membrane (group CA),10 with polusulfone membrane (group PS),and 10 healthy volunteers (group C). Results:In ND and CA group,the count of the peripheral blood lymphocytes was decreased significantly compared with that in group C (P<0.05),however,there was no statistic singificance between PS and C group.In ND and CA group,the expression of Annexin V and FasL on T lymphocytes was also increased significantly compared with that in group C and PS(P<0.05),however,no statistic significant positive correlation was found between group C and PS as well as between group CA and ND(P>0.05).There was significant positive correlation between the expression of Annexin V and FasL on lymphocytes in all groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:T lymphopenia in patients with end-stage renal failure (ESRF) may be related to an accelerated apoptosis of T lymphocytes.
