胃癌患者外周血CK20mRNA的表达及临床意义

A study on detection of CK20mRNA in the peripheral blood from patients with gastric cancer

采集 5 5例胃癌、46例良性胃病及正常献血员 5 0例 ,应用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术研究外周血 CK2 0 m RNA的表达。结果 :46例良性胃病及正常献血员 5 0例外周血 CK2 0 m RNA均呈阴性 ,5 5例胃癌中有35例外周血 CK2 0 m RNA表达阳性 , 、 期 2 0例中有 7例外周血 CK2 0 m RNA表达阳性 ,表达率低于 、 期(2 8/35 ) ;低、未分化腺癌 38例中 ,30例外周血 CK2 0 m RNA表达阳性 ,高于高、中分化腺癌 (5 /17)。认为 PT- PCR检测外周血 CK2 0 m RNA敏感性和特异性较高 。

The sensitive RT-PCR is used to detect CK 20 mRNA in the peripheral blood from55 patients with gastric cancer and 46 patients with benign disease and 55 normal controls.The results show CK 20 mRNA in the peripheral blood is positive expression in35 of 55 cases(63.6%) of gastric cancer,negative in the peripheral blood of normal and benign controls.CK 20 mRNA positive rate in Ⅲ?Ⅳ stage is 80%,much high than that in Ⅰ?Ⅱ stage.The CK20 mRNA expression rate in patients with poor diflerentiated adenocarcinoma is 30/38,and in high and middle-diflerentiated is 5/17.The difference is significant.It suggests that the detection of CK20 mRNA by RT-PCR is a senstive method of detecting circulation gastric cancer cells.
