摘要 〔目的〕建立用于甲基汞形态分析的超短柱气相色谱与原子吸收两台仪器的联机技术。〔方法〕联机后 ,对GC -PA气相色谱仪的分离条件及AAS测定汞的参数进行优化。〔结果〕改进了气相色谱的分离及原子吸收的测定条件。同时分离和测定一甲基汞及二甲基汞时仅需 4min即可完成 ,氯化甲基汞及二甲汞检出限分别为 0 .0 9ng和 0 .0 6ng(以汞计 )。〔结论〕将该技术用于人体血液中的一甲基汞及二甲基汞的分析 ,具有选择性强 ,而且灵敏度高、分析速度快的优点。 睴bjective〕 To explore he combined use of quartz tube atomic absorption spectrophotometric detection unit and gas chromatography. 〔Methods〕 The column of GC and detection of AAS studied. 〔Results〕 Dimethyl mercury and methyl mercury detected in 4 minutes. The detection limits of methylmercury chloride and dimethyl mercury were 0.09 ng and 0.06 ng, respectively. This method was used for the analysis of speciation of methylmercury compounds in human body. Both MeHg + and Me 2Hg could be detected in the bodies exposed to mercury vapor. 〔Conclusions〕 The proposed method is sensitive, accurate and rapid.
