Spectrophometric determination of vitamin B_1 in food

〔目的〕寻找一种测定食品中硫胺素 (VB1)的简单快速的方法。〔方法〕在氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合溶液的缓冲介质中 ,对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐与硫胺素发生偶氮反应 ,用 72 2光栅分光光度计在 5 2 0nm波长下进行测定。〔结果〕方法的线性范围为 0 .0 0 6 6～ 0 .0 5 0 0mg/ml;检出限为 0 .0 0 6 6mg/ml。平均加标回收率为 84 .8%～ 10 1.6 % ,相对标准偏差为 3.6 %～ 7.0 %。〔结论〕方法简单、快速、测定干扰小 ,结果与标准测定方法一致。

睴bjective〕 To seek a simple and rapid method for determination of thiamine (vitamin B1) in food. 〔Methods〕 Azo-reaction between diazosalt of sulfanilic acid and thiamine in solution of NaOH and NaHCO 3 was determined at a wavelength of 520 nm. 〔Results〕 The linear range and detection limit of vitamin B 1 were 0.0066-0.05 mg/ml and 0.0066 mg/ml, respectively. The average recovery was in the range of 84.8%-101.6% and RSD 3.6%-7.0%. 〔Conclusions〕 This method is simpler, more rapid and of less interference and the results of detection by it are in consistent with those by standard method.
