摘要
目的建立正构脂肪醇和脂肪酸乙酯同系物的分离方案。方法气相色谱分析法。结果 4′ 胆甾烯氧羰基苯并 15 冠 5(CH B 15 C 5 )在不同温度范围内其相态不同 ,在同一温度范围内因处理方式不同而物性亦相去甚远 ,用其作成的固定相兼具气固色谱 (GSC)、普通气液色谱 (GLC)和冠醚液晶气液色谱 (CL GLC)多种性能。结论用该固定相可对正构脂肪醇同系物及正构脂肪酸乙酯同系物进行有效分离 。
Objcctives:To found separation method for homologous series of n-alcohols and ethyl asters of carboxylic acid.Method:Gas chromatography. Results:Cholesteric liquid crystal crown either CH-B-15-C-5 has different phase states under a range of different temperatures, and a large variety of physical properties under different operating conditions in the same temperature range. The stationary phases of CH-B-15-C-5 have three gas chromatographic fuctions; gas-solid chromatography(GSC), general gas-liquid chromatography(GLC)and crown either liquid crystal gas-liquid chromatography(CL-GLC). Conclusion:We separated n-alcohols of C 1-C 8 and ethyl asters of C 1-C 8 carboxylic acid. Good separation results were achieved using crown either liquid crysal stationary phase under a different chromatographic conditions.
