摘要
目的 探讨细胞粘附分子在肝细胞癌发生和转移中的作用。方法 运用cDNA基因芯片和逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术检测 2 5例肝细胞癌和 8例正常肝组织标本中神经细胞粘附分子 (NCAM)、细胞内粘附分子 (ICAM )、血管细胞粘附分子 (VCAM )的表达。结果 基因芯片检测结果提示细胞粘附分子基因在肝细胞癌中表达均显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肝癌转移组与无转移组相差也较明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,RT PCR检测结果与基因芯片结果相同。结论 基因芯片能够为肝细胞癌的相关基因分析提供特异和可靠的数据。
Objective To investigate the role of cell adhesion molecules in occurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The expression of neural adhesion molecule (NCAM), intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) and vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM) was detected by cDNA microarray and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) in liver tissue samples from 25 patients with HCC and 8 normal volunteers. Results Detection by cDNA microarray showed that the expression of NCAM, ICAN and VCAM was significantly higher in HCC patients with metastasis than in those without metastasis and normal controls (P<0 05). RT PCR achieved the same results. Conclusions cDNA microarray is a powerful technique in analysis of associated genes in HCC. High expression of cell adhesion molecule gene might be related to occurrence and metastasis of HCC.
