可充胀阴茎假体治疗勃起功能障碍的体会

Experience of treating erectile dysfunction with three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis

目的 :探讨三件套可充胀阴茎假体治疗勃起功能障碍 (ED)的疗效。方法 :选择 5例ED患者 ,其中5 0岁以上 4例 ,并发糖尿病 3例 ,高血压动脉粥样硬化 1例 ,另 1例为骨盆骨折、尿道断裂伤引起神经性ED。 5例均采用三件套可充胀阴茎假体植入术。结果 :4例术后伤口如期愈合 ,能够达到满意的性生活 ,另 1例因阴茎过短 ,假体植入后 ,伤口长期不愈合 ,出现组织排异现象 ,导致尿道海绵体坏死、穿孔、漏尿而最后不得不取出假体。结论 :ED患者植入三件套可充胀阴茎假体 ,手术切口小 ,愈合后不易察觉 ,治疗效果好 ,患者乐于接受。

Purpose:To investigate the efficacy of three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).Methods:Five ED patients underwent the implantation of three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis (Mental Alpha1). Four of them were over age of 50 (three with Diabetes Millitus, one with hypertension and arteriosclerosis), and another one had a history of pelvic fracture, urethra injury and neurological ED.Result:4 in 5 patients healed up on schedule with satisfaction of intercourse ability.The another one with shortness of penis finally underwent reoperation to get out the prosthesis because the rejective reaction of the implant, necrosis of the spongiosum and urine leakage developed following the implantation surgery.Conclusions:Three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis implantation to treat erectile dysfunction obtained a realistic appearance. The implanting procedure had a relative small incision. This device was well accepted by the patients and their partner.
