工程造价管理的历史、现状与改革

History, Present Situation and Reform of Management of Construction Cost

系统概述了我国工程造价管理的产生及发展历史 ,着重分析了改革开放之后 ,在计划经济向市场经济体制转变的过程中 ,工程造价管理领域所进行的改革及存在的问题 ,结合国外工程造价管理发展的经验 ,提出我国工程造价管理的发展方向 .

This paper systematically expounds the generation and the history of develoment of the management of cost of construction in our country and emphasizingly analyzes the reforms and the existing problems in the field of management of construction cost after our country′s policy of reform and open to the world and during the process of diversion from the state planned economy to market economy system. The paper also suggests the future direction of the development of our country′s management of the construction cost in line with the experience of the management in this sphere in foreign countries
