摘要
介绍了油泵试验台控制器的技术参数、结构 ,以及硬件设计与软件编制 ,提出了在工业环境下抗EMI干扰的措施和效果 ,给出了程序流程图 .现场校验结果表明 ,转速显示值跳变小于± 1r/min ,温度、压力显示值的跳动均不大于 1个字 。
The controller of fuel injection pump test-bed, its technique-parameters and configuration are introduced in the paper, and the hardware and software are designed. On the anti EMI in factory circumstance, the program flow charts are presented. Running in factory workshop for a long time indicated that the rev display jumpiness ≤1 rpm, the jumpiness of temperature and pressure ≤1 digit, and no visible affection on display values was observed under severe interference.
