The Decision of Organization Structures of Firms and the Industrial Benefits

本文研究企业组织结构的选择问题 ,在考察了企业结构的古典选择特征之后 ,建立了适应结构频繁变更的现代企业结构选择的优化模型。继而归纳出结构选择的五个作用因素。最后 ,利用所建立的模型讨论了在我国有较重要意义的两个产业组织中的问题。

This paper analyzes the selection of organization structures of firms. After reviewing the characteristics of the classical selection,this paper constructs optimal structure selection model,which is fit for the most changeful circumstance of firms. Then,five kinds of effort have been concluded.Finally,this paper discusses two industrial organization problems,which are important in our country.
