肝素抑制慢性缺氧高二氧化碳诱导的大鼠肺循环改变

摘要 目的 观察肝素对慢性缺氧高二氧化碳诱导的肺循环改变的影响。方法 测定正常和缺氧高二氧化碳1个月时大鼠肺动脉压力、右心室压力、血红细胞压积及肺血管肌化程度;肝素组即缺氧高二氧化碳同时每天皮下注射肝素(300 U/kg)1个月时上述指标的变化。结果 缺氧高二氧化碳1个月引起明显肺动脉高压及肺无肌型血管肌化,肝素能显著抑制肺动脉高压形成和肺无肌型血管肌化,但其程度不完全,与对照组比较仍存在肺无肌型血管肌化现象。结论 肝素明显抑制大鼠慢性缺氧高二氧化碳诱导的肺动脉高压及肺血管重建。 The effect of heparin on the changes of pulmonary circulation induced by chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia(HH) in rat was studied. Methots The pulmonary artery pressure, right ventricular pressure, Hct % and the muscularization of pulmonary arterioles (MPA) were examined in rats that were exposured to HH for one month and treated with or without heparin respectively. Results The development of pulmonary hypertension and increase of MPA in HH rats were significantly prevented by heparin, but the increase of MPA was still developed as compared with that in the normal control. Conclusion Heparin can partially prevent pulmonary hypertension and muscularization of pulmonary arterioles induced by hypoxia-hypercapnia.
