摘要
本文检测36例急性颅脑损伤患者伤后48h内CSF-LPO含量,结果表明,患者CSF-LPO为1.3147±0.7533μmol/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.001);颅脑损伤程度、颅内压及颅内血肿量与CSF-LPO呈密切正相关(P<0.005~0.001);死亡组CSF-LPO为2.1540±0.3827μmol/L,显著高于生存组(P<0.002);提示急性颅脑损伤后脂质过氧化反应剧增,CSF-LPO含量检测对判断颅脑损伤程度和评估预后有一定的参考价值.
The lipid peroxide levels were measured in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSFLPO) of 36 cases of acute craniocerebral injury within 48 hours after accidents. The results showed that the patients' average CSF-LPO level was 1.3147±0.7533 μmol/L (X±SD), significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.00l); the correlative coefficients of the severity of craniocerebral injury, the intracranial pressure, the size of intracranial hematoma in relation to CSF-LPO level were 0.6942, 0.7428, and 0.6483 respectively; in the non-surviving group, the CSF-LPO level was 2.1540±0.3827μmol/L, significantly higher than that of the survived group (P<0.002).
