Reforms in masonry area of industrial boiler

针对工业炉窑砌筑行业经常遇到的异形耐火型砖问题进行了介绍 ,提出可采用矾土水泥耐火混凝土浇灌锅炉的前、后拱、侧墙来代替异形砖法并简述了对原材料的质量要求。提供了矾土水泥耐火混凝土的配比 ,指出了实际施工中的注意事项 ,以及后期的养护。

According to the problem of special-shaped firebrick in industrial boiler masonry area the substitute method of using alumina cement fireproof concrete is proposed. In this paper the mix proportion of alumina cement fireproof concrete and the quality demands of raw materials are provided. At the same time the matters needing attention in construction and the problems as maintenance and baking are pointed out.
