高层建筑地下防水施工技术

Underground waterproofing construction technology of high-rise building

针对高层建筑地下防水容易出现渗漏的现象 ,重点介绍了桩头部位、后浇带的留置及后浇防水处理等的施工技术措施 ,通过应用防水堵漏宝及 6 2 8JS复合防水涂料 ,该工程未发现渗漏 。

According to the problems existed in underground waterproofing engineering of high-rise building this paper mainly introduced some construction technological measures such as the waterproofing treatment for pile head and the late poured band. Good waterproofing effect is acquired through applying waterproofing stoppage agent and 628JS composite waterproof paint.
