根据大量的数据统计资料 ,对山西省建筑业近年来从业人员的状况进行了较为系统全面的分析。分析表明 ,其状况在现有的基础上有较大的改善与进步 ,但面对我国加入WTO后激烈的建筑市场竞争 。

According to statistic datum the states of working staff in building industry of Shanxi province is analyzed systematically. The analysis reveals that the states of working staff have been improved on present foundation. But facing to intensive market competition after china becomes a member of WTO the whole qualities of working staff of Shanxi should be enhanced.
