针对中国加入WTO后 ,面对竞争日趋激烈的国际市场 ,提出中国建筑企业只有建立科学的管理体制 ,完善“大而全 ,小而专”的产业结构 ,培养一支高素质的人才队伍 ,进行不断的技术创新 ,提高企业的竞争实力 。

According to sharp international competition after China becomes a member of WTO some suggestions are proposed that scientific management system should be established for Chinese building enterprises and the industrial composition as 'cumbersome and overall, small and professional ' should be perfected to develop a talent group with high quality and enhance the competitive power through continuous technology innovation. Based on those enterprises can remain invincible under the trend of economic globalization.
