In this paper the necessity of carrying out supervision management system for project manager by construction enterprises is discussed from the negative of market economy, disorder conducts in building market, complex external construction environment and other aspects. At the same time the basic measures of supervision management for project managers are elaborated to ensure the project objectives' realization.
