对冷拉钢筋存在的质量问题进行分析 ;提出了既能保证钢筋冷拉后有一定塑性和强度储备 ,又能满足张拉后钢筋长度要求的新方法 ,达到了冷拉钢筋质量合格的效果。

In this paper the quality problems of cold-drawn thick reinforced bar are analyzed. A new method is proposed, which can not only ensure the plasticity and strength but also meet the demand of tension length. This cold-drawn thick reinforced bar is qualified and can solve the problem that how to ensure the cold-draw stress and cold-draw ratio meet the codes criterions for steel with bad homogeneity.
