Comments on carrying out quality management activities

介绍了在工程施工中充分运用质量控制原理 ,开展QC小组活动的意义 ,从加强培训、以人为本、完善管理制度 ,实行程序化管理等几方面进行了论述 ,指出开展质量管理活动可为企业提高质量 ,降低成本 。

In this paper, the principle of fully applying quality control and significance of carrying out QC group activities in engineering construction are introduced. And some aspects such as intensifying training, regarding the human being as the basis, perfecting management system and implementing programmed management are discussed. Author points out that the quality management activities can enhance quality, reduce cost and create benefit for enterprise.
