介绍了工程量清单进行综合单价法投标报价是工程造价计价方法的一项改革 ,它真正做到了公平合理、量价分离。提出了施工企业只有不断地采用先进的施工技术和科学的经营管理 ,在统一计价规则的指导下编制先进的企业内部定额 。
Comprehensive unit price tender offer according to engineering quantity list is a reform in valuation method of engineering cost, which can realize equity, rationality and separation of measuring and value. Construction enterprises must adopt advanced construction technology and scientific management measures to compile enterprise's internal norm to adapt to market competition.
