摘要
阐述了抓好项目成本管理需采取围绕一个中心 ;把好安全、质量两个关口 ;抓住工程预结算、施工进度和资金管理三个环节。指出了应以搞好材料、劳务。
In this paper the one center, tow aspects and three links of doing well in project cost management are elaborated. The two aspects are safety and quality and the three links are grasping construction budget, building progress and fund management. At the same time author pointed out that the management of materials, service, cost expenditure and whole subcontracting should be done well to meet the purpose of reducing project cost.
