摘要
本文研究了人轮状病毒持续感染细胞中病毒增殖的条件,发现较为适宜的培养温度为37℃左右,在培养基中添加适量胰岛素、氢化可的松和维生素B_6等可显著促进轮状病毒的增殖,而新生牛血清以及干扰素诱生抑制剂——放线菌素D则对病毒增殖无明显影响.
In this paper, the effects of various factors on the replication of human rotavirus in the persistent infection cell line has been described. Higher titer of human rotavirus was harvested at about 37℃ in the persistent infection cell line. Insulin, hydrocortisone and vitamine B_6 could significantly enhance the replication of human rotavirus. No marked effect of newborn calf serum and actinomycin D was observed on the replicative titer of human rotavirus in the persistent infection cell line.
