THE RUST AND PREVNTION OF THE RUST OF REINFORCEMENT IN CONCRETE

混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀是混凝土结构耐久性的重要影响因素 ,采取适当措施预防钢筋锈蚀有很大的经济意义。本文介绍了钢筋锈蚀的原因及其影响因素 ,以及预防钢筋锈蚀的措施。

The rust of the reinforcement in concrete is an important affecting factor to the durablility of the concrete structure.The preventing rust of reinforcement has economic benifit.The causes,affecting factors and preventing measures are introduced in this paper.The causes of reinforcement rust mainly are chemical rust and electro-chemical rust;the affecting factors have chloride,Ph value and carbonation,etc.Some preventing rust measures may be adopted;the surface of concrete may be specially handled to prevent rust;the preventing property of rust of reinforcement itself may be raised to prevent rust.Cathode-protect may be applied on the rusted reinforcement.
