Local Made Installation Development on 5000t/d Production Burning System

天津水泥工业设计研究院多年来致力于5000t/d烧成系统装备的开发与研制:窑尾预热器采用五级旋风预热器带TDF型双喷腾在线分解炉系统;回转窑的规格、跨距、传动和支承装置是在吸收国外先进技术,总结国内几十条新型干法生产线的基础上及充分考虑到国内设备制造能力的前提下确定的;新一代篦冷机采用TC型充气篦板和TC型阻力篦板,并首次采用液压传动装置;开发出新型四风道煤粉燃烧器。

TCDRI has worked for the research and develop of 5000t/d burning system installation for several years. 5-stage suspension preheater with TDF dual-swirl online furnace is adopted;Rotary kiln size,span,drive and support elements are defined on the basis of world advanced technology and operation experiences of dozens of new dry production lines in China ,and fully considered the manufacturing capability of China. New generation grate cooler using TC aeration grate and TC resistance grate with hydraulic drive system is first adopted, and four-channel coal burner is also developed.
