摘要
本文应用微型针形极谱式氧电极对10只健康家猫活体大脑组织氧分压进行监测.这种氧电极尖端外径小于1.0μm,对氧敏感层直径不大于0.5μm.实验中根据氧电极尖端进入的深度将大脑组织分为浅层(0~1000μm),中层(1001~3000μm)和深层(3001~5000μm),观察到顶部大脑组织不同深度其氧分压不同,浅层较高而深层较低,三层氧分压平均值分别为4.5,1.9,2.1kPa(浅层与中、深层比,P<0.05),结果符合脑血管及脑血流的一般分布规律.
Brain tissue PO_2 (PtO_2) was measured with a new type of polarographic oxygen microelectrodes in the parietal cerebrum of cats anesthetized with ketamine. This type of oxygen electrodes was made of pure platinum wire 0.5 μm in diameter laced in a glass with its tip diameter thinner than 1.0μm. The results showed that PtO_2 in the superficial layer (0-1000 μm) of cerebrum was markedly higher than that in the deeper layer (1001 ~3000, 3001~5000μm) in 10 cats. It was suggested that the distribution of PtO_2 in cerebrum was in keeping with the conventional distribution of cerebrovascular and cerebral blood flow.
