摘要 介绍了一种新研制的JM2000新型混凝土引气剂的混凝土性能,测试了随着JM2000新型混凝土引气剂掺量的变化,新拌引气混凝土含气量变化及其稳定性、单位含气量的减水系数、引气混凝土泌水率、硬化引气混凝土相对耐久性等性能;当掺JM2000混凝土引气剂的混凝土含气量为4.0%左右时,引气混凝土具有良好的新拌性能和耐久性能。该引气剂与其它类型外加剂可复合使用,应用方便。 The properties of JM 2000 new type concrete air-entraining agent lately developed is introduced in this paper. The varieties of air contents and stability of fresh air-entrained concrete, coefficient of water-reducing of unit air volume and bleeding of fresh concrete with addition rate of JM2000 new type air-entraining agent and performance of durability of hardened air-retrained concrete were tested. Test proved that air-retrained concrete with about 4% air contents at a dosage of JM 2000 new type air-retraining agent have a high quality of fresh performance and adequate durability. The air-retraining agent could be conveniently applied with other type admixture together.
