摘要
作者应用计算机对TEAP检查时的起搏刺激有效性进行自动判别,其关键是P'波的识别.为此,分别对50例起搏有效和无效的心电图进行了各参数测量和统计分析,总结出一系列适用于自动判别的参数分布值和P'波识别方法.在此基础上,由微机对心电信号进行实时分析,然后作出起搏有效性的正确判断.这一技术提高了判别速度,为TEAP的自动分析奠定了基础.
Application of the computer to automatic determination of the pacing effectiveness in TEAP was reported. The key to the technique was P' wave identification. Therefore, both effectively and ineffectively paced ECG records from 50 cases were measured and analysed to find the distributions of the parameters suitable for computer-assisted determination and the way to identify P' wave. A microcomputer (TP-801A) was used to carry out the online analyses of ECG signals to determine exactly the pacing effectiveness. Because of the high speed of programmed operation, it could be an approach to the automatic diagnosis in TEAP.
