一种大型、复杂结构的结构损伤估计方法

摘要 从工程应用的观点 ,提出了一种结构损伤估计方法。首先 ,构造一种能建立测量模态参数与损伤子结构之间关系的子结构综合法。对于完好子结构 ,在用广义坐标进行测量模态振型的扩阶过程中 ,这种子结构综合步骤能减少未知参数个数。基于上述思路 ,导出一套损伤辨识方程。然后 ,引进两步损伤辨识近似法 :第一步采用损伤定位算法的改进形式 ,辨识结构损伤的一般区域 ;第二步是用一种结合灵敏度法和矩阵修正法的混合方法确定结构损伤的程度。仿真算例显示 ,即使在大的噪声环境下 。 In this article, viewing from engineering application a structural damage assessment method is presented. At first the authors, construct a substructure synthesis method that can be used to set up the connection between measurement mode shape parameters and the damaged substructures. At the same time, this substructure synthesis procedure can reduce the number of unknown parameters for undamaged substructuresin the process of the expansion of measurement mode shapes through the generalized coordinate transformation. Based on the above-mentioned method, a set of damage identification equations is set up. Then a two step damage identification approximation is introduced. The first step identifies a general area of the structural damage by the extension of the damage location algorithm. The second step determines the damage extent of the structural damages by a hybrid approach combining the sensitivity and the matrix adjustment for damage assessment. Several examples are provided. These examples show that this method is of very good damage identification accuracy even in high noise environment and has very good adaptability in engineering application.
