沥青粘度测定及其影响因素分析

Measurement and Analysis of Bitumen Viscosity

沥青结合料的粘度与混合料的施工性能有很大的关系 ,根据美国SHRP计划推荐的布洛克菲尔德旋转粘度计 (Brookfield ,简称布氏粘度计 )对 5种基质沥青和一种成品改性沥青的表观粘度测定结果 ,分析了剪变率 (转速 )、测定时间和转子类型等因素对沥青表观粘度的影响 ,并且提出了提高试验效率和精度的方法。

There is relationship between bitumen viscosity and workability of asphalt mixture. According to the measurement results of five types of bitumen and a kind of modified asphalt viscosity using Brookfield viscometer of SHRP, the influences of shear rate (RPM), measuring time and type of spindles etc. on the viscosity was analyzed, and the ways to improve the precision and efficiency of the experiments were presented .
