According to 'Concrete structure Design Standard'GBJ10-89,this paper presents the calculating method for the bent component of rectangle section in calculating the rate of reinforcing bars allocation through strength and decides the rate of reinforcing bars allocation to control the crack width by diameter of reinforcing bars allocated.
