摘要
本文结合工程实践 ,阐述提高房地产开发经济效益的三个重要途径 :首先要有正确的投资决策 ;其次注重设计以人为本 ,适度创新和超前 ,并进行限额设计 ;最后加强工程建设阶段造价、质量、进度控制。
Drawn from the engineering experience, three important ways are put forward in the article on how to improve the economic benefits of real estates development, The first is to have a correct investment decision. The second is to emphasize individual needs in designing, to be innovative and to adopt rated designing method, Last but not least is to strengthen the control over the period costs, quality and spend of the project.
