采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。色谱柱为ODS2 (4 .6× 2 5 0mm) ,粒度 5 μm(大连依利特公司 ) ,流动相为甲醇—水溶液 (80∶2 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 70mm ,平均回收率为 97 7% ,RSD =1.3% ,线性关系。
