摘要
从磨片的浇铸模拟、精密成型、合金变质以及确定打箱时间等方面研究提高其性能。与传统的磨片制造工艺相比,新工艺具有增强韧性、确保铸件精度、预测铸件的缺陷,勿需复杂热处理就能提高生产效率等优点。
Plates are one of the most important components of refiner and can be easily broken.The life of refiner plates affects the quality of the pulp,it is important and significant to improve the performance of the refiner plates.This paper studies how to improve the quality of refiner plates from several aspects such as pouring simulation,precision molding,alloy modification and confirming shakeout time.Comparing to the traditional process,there are several merits of a new manufacture process of refiner plates,they are strengthening toughness,confirming casting plate precision,forecasting casting plate defaults and avoiding heat treatment ,increasing producing efficiency.According to the field experiment ,the new technology is evidently better than the old one.
