对于肉类制品的加工,可从三方面进行品质监测:首先,生产商应在原料肉进厂时进行质量把关;此外,生产商应对混合、搅拌等工艺流程进行监控,并及时调节生产环节以保证产品的安全卫生;第三方面是要检测产品成分含量,藉以调整生产工艺和保证出厂产品的质量。 要确保恒定如一的检测效果,检测系统的选择相当重要。优质的检测系统。
Near Infrared Analysis (NIRA) is a state-of-the-art technology to analyze food quality. One of the features of NIRA is its ability to provide rapid analysis of food products without damage or contamination. Other applications of NIRA in meat industry will be reviewed in this article.
