摘要
新时期青年社会团体工作之一就是要实现由粗放宣传方式向策划宣传方式的战略转变。这种转变 ,有利于促进工作品牌和整体形象的塑造 ,对于青年社会团体凝聚经济社会文化人文资源、形成引导服务青年的影响力具有标志性、杠杆性作用。
One of the tasks for the social groups of youth in the new times is just to realize a strategic change of the extensive propagating orientation to the way of planning propaganda. This change will help to improve the task brand and its total image. It will play a symbolic role of keystone for the social youth groups in that they could collect some economic, social and cultural resources, and further come to possess certain influential power in obtaining much service for the youth.
