孟浩然诗歌的基本风格是“清淡”。这种风格的形成 ,就诗作的表现手法而言 ,主要有两个方面的原因 ,一是浓景淡写 ,二是浓情淡出。浓景淡写的主要方式有三种 ,即 :用“清词淡语”写浓景 ,“舍艳取淡”写浓景 ,“淡笔轻点”写浓景。浓情淡出的主要形式有两种 ,即 :用缓出的形式言激情 。

The main ways for simply describing the beautiful scenery are: describing the imposing scenery in simple terms, or in the simpler, less flowering way or in the light and gently way. The main ways for expressing strong feelings are: expressing intense or deep feelings in a gentle way or in a simple way.
