摘要
文化不可能直接作用一国的竞争力,单一的文化分析视野过于单薄,说服力远不够。但是基于一国文化和历史传统的制度———政治和经济的体制的建构最终影响和制约了一国竞争力的演变及其在历史上的命运。一国制度是否合理,并没有一套统一的标准可供选择,制度生存的背景和环境也最终决定了制度的命运。
The author does not think culture can act on the competitiveness of one country directly. The single culture is far from convincing. The political and economic institutions, which are on the basis of one country's culture and traditional history, can finally influence its international competitiveness and decide its destiny. The author analyzes the relations between institution changes and international competitiveness at the angle of New Institutional Economics, thinks that there is no normal standards for the institution. The background and environment that the institution survives have also determined the destiny of the institution finally.
