Problems of Executive Decision and the Reform of Our Country

在对当前我国行政决策存在问题进行归纳分类的基础上,从树立科学决策意识、推进决策民主化和科学化、建立科学决策体系以及行政决策失误责任追究制等方面提出了改革的基本思路。

The thesis has identified and classified the current executive decision problems of our country, and therefore advanced the basic ways for the resolution to these problems from the aspects of forming scientific policy-making consciousness, promoting democracy and science in decision-making, constituting a scientific decision-making system and a system to investigate and affix the responsibility for executive decisionmaking.
