摘要
加入WTO ,不仅对人力资源的开发带来积极影响 ,而且也将产生一些负面作用。入世后 ,应从实际出发 ,对工业人力资源开发采取各种切实有效的对策、措施。
Though China's WTO succession will bring positive influence to human resource development, its negative effects need be addressed as well(STATE THEM). In accordance, China ought adopt some practical and efficient countermeasures.
