在 2 1世纪的知识经济时代 ,以培养高素质创新人才为目标的高等学校应注重培养提高大学生的科研创新意识和能力。调查研究结果显示 ,在校大学生具有科研创新的可行性 ,关键是建立大学生创新教育模式和科研创新运行机制。为此 ,必须转变观念 ,推进教育教学改革 ,制定并完善有关的政策和措施 ,创造良好的氛围条件 ,搭建大学生从事科研创新的指导平台 ,通过各种有效途径 。

In the age of intellectual economy of the 21st century, the universities whose aim is to train high quality creative personnel should pay attention to cultivating the concept and ability of their students for doing scientific research and making creation. On the basis of investigation and research, the writer of this paper thinks that there really exists feasibility for students on campus to carry on scientific research and creation. The key to the question is to build up the educational mode and mechanism for students to do research and make ceation. Therefore, it is necessary to transform our own concept, promote educational and instructive reformation, formulate and perfect related policies and measures, create good atmospheric condition, set up guiding platforms for university students to engage in scientific research and creation, and thus by means of various effective measures raise the ability and level of students for making scientific research and creation.
