参与决定立法发端并成熟于德国 ,它对世界许多国家乃至国际组织立法都产生了深远的影响。现代社会 ,职工参与企业决定已成为西方企业法人治理结构的普遍做法。
The idea of employee participation originated from Germany.It has exerted profound influence upon the legislation of many countries in the world and even that of the international organizations.In the world today,employee participation has become very popular among the western societies in the employee participation structure.So it is assumed that the experience of Germany's employee participation should be drawn and perfected in the process of transforming the state-owned enterprises into the join-stock companies in China.
