摘要
概述了国内锻锤采用电液动力头进行节能改造的情况 ,分析了国外对大型自由锻锤提出的惯性块式隔振方法 ,介绍了由南昌大学设计、德阳二重基础件研究所制造的 5 0 k N电液自由锻锤板簧悬吊式砧下直接隔振装置的结构特点及设计计算。现场实测表明 ,该装置能在不影响打击效率的条件下 ,使基础振动加速度降低 97%。采用这种砧下直接隔振的方法 ,能在投资不大的前提下收到降低厂房和基础造价 ,提高生产面积利用率 ,改善劳动条件 ,消除振动公害 。
A review is made of energy saving transformation with electro hydraulic power on forging hammer at home,and an analysis is given of vibration isolation with an inertial block on free forging hammer abroad,introducing the structural character and calculation of vibration isolating installation for a 50 kN electro hydraulic free forging hammer with the anvil suspended on leaf springs; the installation is designed by Nanchang University and manufactured by Deyang No 2 heavy machinery plants.The practical measurement shows that the installation can decrease the vibration acceralation of foundation by 97% without decreasing blow efficiency of the hammer.Under the precondition that smaller investment in required by adopting the installation,social and economic benefits would be derived in every respect such as in decreasing the cost of the workshop building and hammer foundation, in increasing the availability of workshop area,in improving working conditions, in eliminating vibration pollution and in protecting forging hammer from damage.
