摘要
通过对烧结机头电除尘器壳体腐蚀状况的调查、腐蚀深度的测试以及通过在实际工况条件下的挂片试验和腐蚀产物电镜分析 ,得出了潮湿环境下电除尘器壳体腐蚀的原因是硫酸露点腐蚀 ,壳体腐蚀失效的主要形式是穿孔腐蚀。为在设计和使用维护措施方面如何提高电除尘器抗腐蚀能力 。
Based on the investigation into shell erosion of an electrostatic precipitator used at the head part of a sintering machine,the authors analyse the reason of the erosion on damp environment is sulphuric acid dew point erosion.The first reason of the shell inactivation is punching erosion.This investigation includes:observation of erosion status, test and measurement of erosion depth, testing sheet experiment under actual condition and electric microscope analysis of erosion substance.This study can be used as a reliable basis for the improvement of anti erosion and slowing up erosion of the precipitator in design,manufacture,application and maintenance.
